T-groups
A T-group or training group (sometimes also referred to as sensitivity-training group, human relations training group or encounter group) is a form of group training where participants (typically between eight and fifteen people) learn about themselves (and about small group processes in general) through their interaction with each other. They use feedback, problem solving, and role play to gain insights into themselves, others, and groups. Experimental studies have been undertaken with the aim of determining what effects, if any, participating in a T-group has on the participants. For example, a 1975 article by Nancy E. Adler and Daniel Goleman concluded that "Students who had participated in a T-group showed significantly more change toward their selected goal than those who had not." Carl Rogers described sensitivity groups as "...the most significant social invention of the century".

‘ Xiongnu ’ was the name of a dynasty not a people, per se ; but that dynastic regime greatly impacted the peoples within its realms and left a powerful legacy in Eurasia, many subsequent groups appropriated the potent name of Xiongnu( or Hunnu) as they established their own regimes, leading to the perpetuation of so-called ‘ Hunnic ’ entities even as far as that of Attila and the Huns at the edge of Europe centuries after the demise of the Xiongnu in Inner Asia.
You feel a sense of community and belonging that is difficult to achieve in a larger urban setting. people here tend to be more trusting, more open to outsiders moving in. You might think if you weren’t born here, you won’t belong. But we’ve found precisely the opposite. It’s easy to be accepted here. It’s also easy to be more involved in civic groups.
There is a much sharper polarization of society, the people carrying out the violence work in small groups but they all join up and know what direction they are traveling in. They are very clear on the goal. The caliphate provides that common purpose, that unity, that momentum.
It is a privileged viewpoint to be able to look at the Ku Klux Klan and laugh at them and belittle them for their broken and hateful ideology, but the Ku Klux Klan and Charlottesville and white supremacists — that’s still happening and it’s not funny. Notwithstanding all Mr. Estrada's hard work and unanimous highly qualified rating by the American Bar Association, he has been subjected to a piñata confirmation process with which he we have all become familiar, the extreme left wing Washington groups to after judicial nominees like kids after a piñata. It is not specific to Mr. Estrada. They beat it and they beat it and they hope something comes out that they can crew and distort.
