You know I served in organizations that had missions and goals and you worked to achieve that. It was rather straightforward. ... This place doesn't work like that. It doesn't function well, i think it is important that we get this stuff done for the American people. I don't think whether the White House knows exactly what Sen. Steve Squeri, we see you. We're going to keep coming after you. We're going to be exposing American Express. We're going to be directly attacking your company's reputation, change your policies. Make an announcement. Protect your employees from racialist harassment and abuse in the workplace. And if not, organizations like Color of United … We're going to be going after your brand identity and perception in a relentless way, so you have a final chance to do the right thing, and if not, I think you’re going to see very quickly the reputation of your company going downward in a bad direction.

That includes admitting errors of fact and errors in decision-making. News credibility is in deep decline and that is partly because news organizations can't bring themselves to honestly explain to the public when they have made mistakes.Further, when mistakes are acknowledged, they should get sufficient space and placement that readers can actually see them, the Hunter Biden laptop story is important on several levels.First, the story was ignored by most establishment media when it first broke, and what little coverage it received was largely to dismiss or debunk the scoop of the New York Post. The journalism of omission in this case was totally glaring in that the establishment media were clearly trying to protect the Biden family as the 2020 election was winding down.

I think this is the real problem with earmarks, is that earmarks take the attention away from serious policymaking and take senators and member offices and turns them into essentially pork factories where much of their time, much of their limited resources is attempting to do the paperwork and investigate these organizations that they are then going to put their names behind, and all of that comes at the opportunity tradeoff from doing real policy reforms, being policy entrepreneurs and providing real leadership on the issues of the day.

The IRGC has represented nothing more than a destabilizing presence in the Middle East, news that the Biden Administration is considering removing the IRGC from the Foreign Terrorist Organizations list is unsettling. We must remain vigilant in protecting our nation and allies, like Israel, from growing and potential threats – this certainly will not be accomplished by stripping the IRGC of this designation and could impact the ability of our government to stop bad actors.

I am very upset that there is not more pressure from international organizations to force humanitarian corridors and monitor them, it has to happen because I think … hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people will start dying in some of these cities. The scale … will be a catastrophe.

The world is horrified by what Russia has done, aided and abetted by Belarus. World leaders sought to avoid this invasion through diplomatic means but to no avail given Russia’s unswerving intention to invade Ukraine. The unprecedented sanctions that are being imposed on Russia and Belarus by countries and industries all over the world appear to be the only peaceful way to disrupt and disable Russia’s current intentions and restore peace., anyone who knows me will understand that imposing sanctions on athletes because of the actions of their government goes against the grain. I have railed against the practice of politicians targeting athletes and sport to make political points when other sectors continue about their business. This is different as governments, business and other international organizations have imposed sanctions and measures against Russia across all sectors. Sport has to step up and join these efforts to end this war and restore peace. We can not and should not sit this one out.
