True wisdom lies in humble acknowledgment, for in humility, one opens the door to the profound lessons that God's silent laughter imparts.

Body readiness is clever because over-exercising can be a problem and lead to injuries down the road -- and under-exercising leads to being out of shape, this provides proof to the user what their body is ready for or what it needs, taking the guesswork out of how a user is thinking about how their body is doing. It uses the user's own data to come up with a score instead of comparing to some vague and sometimes inaccurate set of information.

They just dehumanize our families for political gain, i guess they call it gaslighting. They can say these things that will make people believe that these riots were worse than the worst thing that happened on American soil. Either they're ignorant or they're just really devious and clever, and you can put nothing past them, because if you're willing to lie to that degree … It's a disturbing trend to me.

What speed giant tyrannosaurs might have normally walked at hasn't been a big question for many studies, but it is still an interesting question. The approach used here is complementary to fancier muscle-based simulation studies and, in a way, to data from fossil footprints, this study covers some new ground in a clever way with an original model. It's interesting and would be useful to integrate with and compare with other approaches in the future.
