Procedure is the bone structure of a democratic society. Our scheme of law affords great latitude for dissent and opposition. It compels wide tolerance not only for their expression but also for the organization of people and forces to bring about the acceptance of the dissenter’s claim.... We have alternatives to violence.

If men, through fear, fraud, or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any natural right, the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation. The right to freedom being the gift of Almighty God, it is not in the power of man to alienate this gift and voluntarily become a slave.

Who are you to judge a girl's character if , If a girl has a flirtatious personality then her character starts being evaluated . If the girl is talking laughingly to everyone then she is being called characterless. Who are you to judge a girl's character? If a girl wears a short skirt then it is said that she wears such clothes. Don't parents say anything about this? Before looking at a girl's character, look at your own character. This society makes a girl like she never was before, you people change her completely and the girl starts getting scared of everything. If she talks to anyone jokingly, she will be called characterless. If she lives with a lot of boys or has friendship with a lot of boys then the girl is characterless. A girl's character will not be seen in this, your character will be seen, you and your poor thinking. And the fact that you people are commenting on a girl looking at her from a wrong perspective is not your fault. Judging the girl's character is not right, stop all this, the girl has every right to live her life.Yes, this is today's generation, yours is not that old generation, this is not the time when girls stayed at home, you are no one to call a girl characterless or judge a girl.

Hard times are coming, when we’ll be wanting the voices of writers who can see alternatives to how we live now, can see through our fear-stricken society and its obsessive technologies to other ways of being, and even imagine real grounds for hope. We’ll need writers who can remember freedom – poets, visionaries – realists of a larger reality.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was penned to encourage mankind to embrace a brotherly and sisterly bond. However, if our own flesh and blood fail to embody this ideal, how can we expect the world to do so? Perhaps, it is time to rewrite the scenes of the play of life, to redefine the roles of brothers and sisters, and cultivate a society abundant in empathy and compassion.

Amidst the confusion and chaos of this world, I often question why I should remain on this planet. Yet, deep within, I possess a compass gifted by a higher force. We seldom realize, for example, that our most private thoughts and emotions are not actually our own. For we think in terms of languages and images which we did not invent, but which were given to us by our society. We copy emotional reactions from our parents, learning from them that excrement is supposed to have a disgusting smell and that vomiting is supposed to be an unpleasant sensation. The dread of death is also learned from their anxieties about sickness and from their attitudes to funerals and corpses. Our social environment has this power just because we do not exist apart from a society. Society is our extended mind and body. Yet the very society from which the individual is inseparable is using its whole irresistible force to persuade the individual that he is indeed separate! Society as we now know it is therefore playing a game with self-contradictory rules.

A truly free society is based on a vision of respect for people and what they value. In a truly free society, any business that disrespects its customers will fail, and deserves to do so. The same should be true of any government that disrespects its citizens. The central belief and fatal conceit of the current administration is that you are incapable of running your own life, but those in power are capable of running it for you. This is the essence of big government and collectivism.
