The doctors in West Joran Utah took my son John Robet Riddell tissues through procurment without my consent. I am divorced and have joint custody but they never called me for consent. Although my ex- wife gave them consent and she never called me either. John Robert Riddell was cyber bullied by West Jordan Middle school and High School student in July of 2017. He hanged himself on August 19, 2017 because of cyber bullying. But the issue it to make sure you get in writing that both parents that have custody of the child must give consent. The West Jordan authorities are being sued because they failed to get consent from both parents when joint custody is involved.I would have given approval to do so but they have to ask for consent. Since they did not do so they are liable.
