Wikipedia
Biophysics
Biophysics is an interdisciplinary science that applies approaches and methods traditionally used in physics to study biological phenomena. Biophysics covers all scales of biological organization, from molecular to organismic and populations. Biophysical research shares significant overlap with biochemistry, molecular biology, physical chemistry, physiology, nanotechnology, bioengineering, computational biology, biomechanics, developmental biology and systems biology. The term biophysics was originally introduced by Karl Pearson in 1892. The term biophysics is also regularly used in academia to indicate the study of the physical quantities (e.g. electric current, temperature, stress, entropy) in biological systems. Other biological sciences also perform research on the biophysical properties of living organisms including molecular biology, cell biology, chemical biology, and biochemistry.

biophysics
Biophysics is a branch of science that applies the principles and theories of physics to understand how biological systems work. It seeks to explain biological functions and mechanisms in terms of physical and chemical principles. This field encompasses a broad range of topics, from the study of biological molecules, structures, and cells, to the analysis of complex ecosystems. Biophysics often involves the use of computational methods, mathematical models, and experimental techniques from physics to explore and explain various phenomena in biology.

Biophysics
Biophysics is an interdisciplinary science that uses the methods of, and theories from physics to study biological systems. Biophysics spans all levels of biological organization, from the molecular scale to whole organisms and ecosystems. Biophysical research shares significant overlap with biochemistry, nanotechnology, bioengineering, agrophysics, and systems biology. It has been suggested as a bridge between biology and physics.
